The Wednesday “White – Out” Away shirt!
Based on one of the earliest photos of Wednesday playing, we bring you the 1895 Away shirt! In keeping with the time, this is a collared shirt with 4 white buttons on the famous blue trim. The Sheffield crest sits proudly to the chest and we have added “The Wednesday” embroidered in white on the back of the collar. This shirt would have been relevant during the first ever FA Cup success – A 2 -1 victory over Wolves at Crystal Palace in 1896.
This shirt is a comfort fit and all sizes are UK based. A truly wonderful piece of history and a must for all Wednesdayites……
